The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by executivedigitalmarketers.com.

Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can request unlimited free amendments with no extra charges, provided the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Funds deposited will not be refundable if the initial design and concepts are approved or changes are requested unless Executive Digital Marketers cancels or ends the contract for a reason other than your breach or non-execution.

Refunds are arranged as follows:

If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, you qualify for a full refund (less a 25% administration and processing fee).

If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you are eligible for a 45% refund (less a 25% administration and processing fee).

If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 25% refund (less a 25% service & processing fee).

No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery.

No request for a refund will be entertained after inaction by the customer for 7 working days. If you wish to restart the order, a fee will be charged.

No request for a refund will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive for 5 working days.

All refund requests should be made to the support department. Executive Digital Marketers reserves the right to approve/reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

For website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mock-up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with the client’s approval.

After the refund, the rights to your design would be transferred to Executive Digital Marketers, and you would not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.

My Account

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns, and instructions for the designer. Failure to check the My Account section may hinder your refund request.

Quality Assurance Policy

Our designers are instructed to follow the specifications provided by the client in the order form. The designs are crafted after thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.

We revamp the requested design and continue overhauling it until you are 100% satisfied (depending on your package).

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting are provided free of cost with packages, where applicable. All email accounts assigned with the website package can be configured on third-party email software such as Outlook. If you opt out of hosting the website with us, you will not be provided email accounts.

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to My Account as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation.” An email is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All customized design orders are delivered via email within 5 to 7 days after receipt of the order. We offer a rush delivery service for an additional fee.

Record Maintenance

We keep your final design archived after we deliver your final files. If you wish to receive the final files again, we can email them upon request.

Customer Support

We offer 24-hour customer support to address your questions and queries. Contact us at any time, and we promise a prompt reply.

Correspondence Policy

Executive Digital Marketers is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses other than those followed by our domain, such as “info@executivedigitalmarketers.” We only assume responsibility for correspondence through email addresses under our domain name or via the toll-free number specified on our website.

All of our logos are produced from scratch. We provide a logo that complies with your design brief. If a design is found to be considerably similar to another, a new logo will be provided.

Reactivation Policy

If the client is unresponsive for a month or more, the project will be considered closed. A reactivation fee will be charged to restart the project.

User Content

Your user content must not be illegal, infringe third-party rights, or give rise to legal action. Executive Digital Marketers reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website.

Limitations of Warranty and Liability

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties. Executive Digital Marketers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss. The limitations of liability apply even if Executive Digital Marketers has been advised of potential loss.

If a project lacks written communication for at least 30 days, it will be deemed closed.

Closed Projects

A closed project is either delivered in full or not claimed for at least 60 days. Executive Digital Marketers is not liable after this period.

Content Policy

For usual websites and resume designs, all content (images, headings, copy, text, etc.) will be provided by the client. For an e-commerce website, up to 10 to 30 sample products will be provided by Executive Digital Marketers.

Limitations of Warranty

Executive Digital Marketers makes no warranties regarding this website’s availability or the information provided. The website is provided “as is.”

Other Parties

You agree not to bring any claim personally against Executive Digital Marketers officers or employees.

Unenforceable Provisions

If any provision of this disclaimer is unenforceable under applicable law, the other provisions will continue in effect.

Indemnity

You indemnify Executive Digital Marketers against any losses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.

Breaches of These Terms and Conditions
